Application with Cross Laser

A self-developed cross laser for application

We welcome a new product to our range – the cross laser!

Our self-developed cross laser is used as an aid to always get the same placement of the transfer on the garment while applying. It can also be used to position the garment on the sub plate to ensure a qualitative result.

Flexible positioning with lasers

Our newly developed cross laser is developed according to our customers’ wishes and requests. Since it is very important that each garment has the transfer placed in the same way when applied, we now have developed a laser that helps you with positioning. This will make it easier for your heat transfers to always get the same placement on the garment.

How does the cross laser work?

A cross laser is frequently ways used where precision and positioning are highly valued. It indicates certain positions safely and reliably for you as an operator at the heat press. Our laser positioning is designed to facilitate the placement of the garment on the bottom plate as well as positioning of your transfer on the garment.

Positioning lasers are mainly used in the wood, metal or textile industry, and now we have found a new area of use – heat presses. With the help of the cross laser, you have a set position for where your transfer pressure or garment should be located.

How to position transfer pressure with the laser:

  1. Thread your garment over the base plate
  2. Set the laser to the desired location
  3. Use the lines of the laser and the edges of the transfer as guidelines (NOTE! We recommend using the edges of the heat transfer as a template, not the plastic carrier)
  4. Apply!

How to position the garments with the laser:

  1. Thread your garment over the base plate
  2. Position the laser using stitches or the garment’s other properties as a guide
  3. Apply
  4. For the next application, you can now place the garment in the same position as your previous one using the laser

Mounting

Position the heat press at the edge of the table to access the screws at the bottom
