How to place an order?
1. Submit your order
Log in to your online shop and click on “Order a new logotype” and follow the instructions given there. You can also Submit an email with a vector file & your order to email@example.com or your personal customer care representative.
If you are not already our customer, attach your business information and corporate identity number with the original or register as a customer directly on-line.
Be specific in your order if you send it via email. We need to know the size you want for your logo, the PMS colours you want to print the logo in and the number of logos you want to order.
Minimum order is 50 pcs.
2. The original is checked
As soon as your order has arrived to us, it is checked by one of our skilled customer care representatives. If the file is not vectorized, we offer to redraw it for a fixed price! Proof and quote (upon request) is sent to you for your approval.
3. Your order is printed
As soon as we have received your approval of the proof, your order enters the print planning. Depending on shipping method you have chosen, your order may ship as soon as the day after your approval.
Alternative production times for additional cost:
DEX – our fastest service which we call DEX, or the day after express. For our customers, this means that an order which is confirmed by us before 2:00 p.m. will be shipped from us the following day.
Express – we send your order after no more than three working days.
Why Hot Screen?
High availability and direct communication are key words in our dialogue with our customers. With our transfers there is no risk that you make a bad decision. We are well aware that no total solution is stronger than its weakest link. We want to make sure that your orders and our production will run as smoothly as possible, and therefore you will be contacted personally by one of our Customer Care representatives as soon as you place your order. Working in close consultation with you, we will get the required information so we can deliver your heat transfers quickly and with the highest quality.
Our goal is that all inquiries should be answered within 24 hours. Our default is a maximum of 5 working days of production time from approved artwork or, if you provide the completed original, we can offer delivery from us the day after your order! (see below)
The additional transport time depends on where you want your delivery. We use PostNord, UPS and Schenker for our shipments.
