Avoid hand-drawn sketches!

Now you can avoid hand-drawn sketches in folders! With My Placements, you can easily create a digital placement with a few keystrokes that will always be easily accessible for you saved in your web shop.

My Placements is a tool for you who want to facilitate the documentation and the application of heat transfer by having a saved template for how the logo should be placed against the garment. This template also contains information about the logo in terms of size, design, colors and which type of product it is.

How do I create a placement?

Click on “My Placements”.

Click “Create Placement”. All your previous placements are in the list below with picture, date, description and who created the placement.

Click “upload file” to select a new logo or “browse for logo” in your old orders.
Select the product type, colors and then the desired size.
Choose which garment you want as a background and the desired color of the digital garment.
Click on “Save” and then select “Save placement on garment”.

When you save your location, you will see a box with three fields that you can fill in to facilitate your documentation. There you can fill in the project name, which shelf it has and a description of how the transfer is to be applied or the properties of the logo.

When you click on “Create Placement”, your placement will be saved in your account. You can either choose to go to “My Placements” directly from there or to view your saved placement. Then a PDF is downloaded with your logo against a digital garment in the design you have chosen.

Everything gathered at the same place

Once you have saved your placement, it will be saved under “My Placements”. There, all your saved placements are gathered. If you have alot of placements saved, there is a search function where you can easily search for your desired placement.

The list of your placements includes the date the placement was created, who the placement was created by and an option where you can view / delete your placement. If you choose to view it, a PDF will be downloaded with all the info needed.

The My Placements service is available for mobile, tablet and computer.

In addition to the My Placements service, we have a holder for tablets called “Hot Screen Tablet Holder” which is easily mounted on our Hot 2000. There you can have My Placements running to always ensure that your transfer gets the right placement when applying heat transfers.

Hot Screen Tablet Holder is mounted on your Hot 2000 heat press. The tablet holder is compatible with all versions of Hot 2000 heat press. Make sure that your tablet is compatible by checking the dimensions.
