General information for ordering in the webshop
When ordering, a purchase agreement is reached when you choose to confirm your purchase at the checkout. An automated order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address. Ordered products remain the property of Hot Screen until they are paid in full; see the.
Your order will be dispatched from Hot Screen's head office/production facility in Fjärås. If you would like to make changes or additions to your order, it must be done before the production of your order has commenced. An already commenced production can, unfortunately, not be changed, as we do your order together with other orders during the same printing instance.
Order of new logo
When ordering "Stark Solid” quality heat transfers, the maximum number of colours is 7 per logotype. When using more than 7 colours, your heat transfer will be produced in the "Stark Process" quality. Exact colour rendering is not always possible on screen, due to calibration, and should be checked against our colour chart or the Pantone Solid Coated Guide. This colour guide can be ordered at our webshop.
When ordering a new logo, only one design is allowed per heat transfer, i.e. several logos on the same heat transfer are charged per design/logo.
Vectorised files are required for producing heat transfers. If no vector file is available, Hot Screen will redraw the file at a fixed cost for original work, in accordance with the price list. The most common file formats for vectorised files are: .AI, .EPS & .PDF
Contact Customer Service for orders of over 5000 heat transfers or when the size exceeds 700cm2 (square centimetre).
Startup cost: Only when ordering a new heat transfer.
• The startup cost will expire upon ordering over 400 pieces of the same design and size.
• The startup cost will expire upon ordering a single colour white heat transfer.
• The startup cost will expire upon ordering the same design/item.
• The startup cost will expire upon you having ordered the same item from any other heat transfer manufacturer, the start charge will expire. Contact Customer Service after ordering in the webshop for removal of the startup cost.
Colour mixing fee: This is charged for colours outside of Hot Screen’s standard colour chart, in accordance with the current price list.
Four-colour separation: When ordering a Stark Process, Hot Screen produces a four-colour separation process of your design in order to be able to print it in CMYK. Shipping is charged in accordance with the current price list.
Original work: Hot Screen always charges a fixed price for the redrawing of logos, as stated in the current price list.
Order Confirmation & Delivery Notification
At the time of ordering an order confirmation will be sent by e-mail. The order confirmation provides information about the content of the order, as well as the price. On the same day that the order is shipped from Hot Screen you will receive a delivery notification of the ordered items by e-mail, to allow for easy production planning.
Login details (username and password) to customer accounts on Hot Screen’s webshop should be handled in such a way that they do not come to the attention of unauthorised persons. By giving out their login details, the customer confirms that that person is entitled to place orders in the customer's name and that the customer is liable for payment. If a customer should suspect that an unauthorised person has access to their login information, it is incumbent on the customer to immediately notify Hot Screen and change their password.

General Terms and Conditions
Hot Screen only sells to resellers. In order to become a Hot Screen customer, you'll need to be operating in the industry of trading with processed garments or in activities which Hot Screen deems to be equivalent in nature. You can apply to become a reseller by clicking on the "Account Application" link on Hot Screen’s website or by contacting Hot Screen by phone on +46 300 568 990.
Hot Screen's prices are based on the current price list. Hot Screen's price list applies per calendar year. All Hot Screen's prices are exclusive of VAT and shipping. Hot Screen reserves the right to price changes caused by factors beyond Hot Screen's control and influence.
Deliveries are made within and outside of Sweden and by carriers or courier companies designated by Hot Screen, with delivery terms being ex-Hot Screen's-warehouse. The risk of delivery is passed on to the Customer once the product is supplied by Hot Screen to the carrier, in accordance with Incoterms 2010 EXW (Ex Works).
Shipping is charged, in accordance with the current price list.
Ordinary delivery: Max 5 working days’ production time after an approved sample/order.
Express delivery: Max 3 working days’ production time after an approved sample/order.
Next Day Delivery (NDD): 1 working day's production time after an approved sample/order.
Your goods will be shipped no later than the day after ordering them. NDD orders need to be done before 14h00 in order for Hot Screen to be able to guarantee the supply of your goods the following day.
Payment Term and Conditions
The credit period is 30 days. Hot Screen invoices twice a month, i.e. on the 1st and 15th each month. In the event of late payment, Hot Screen has the right to charge interest (8%) on late payment. The products remain the property of Hot Screen until payment is made in full. If there is reasonable doubt regarding the Customer's ability to pay, Hot Screen has the right to shorten the credit period, require advance payment or other collateral for future deliveries.
Warranty & Satisfied Customer
Hot Screen guarantees that the delivered product complies with the sample, as per the order or attached graphic material. In the event of any deviations, Hot Screen will produce a new replacement product at no extra cost. This also applies if you, as the customer, are not satisfied with the delivered product for any other reason.
Hot Screen AB takes no responsibility for submitted digital files, neither for the content nor its form. Submitted files is stored and made available for re-ordering by the customer in digital archives. The person who sends digital files to Hot Screen AB is considered to allow such storage. Reservations against this are not accepted.
Hot Screen will not accept changes to the order when the order confirmation has been sent.

Hot Screen is entitled, without the liability to payment of compensation, to cancel, restrict or postpone the customer's delivery to the extent that delivery is rendered impossible or significantly more difficult or expensive due to circumstances beyond the control of Hot Screen, such as warlike events, insurgency and unrest, breakdown in public relations, export and import restrictions, legal regulations or other injunctions in Sweden or abroad, strikes, lockouts, blockades or other obstacles to working, fire, explosions or other accidents, or for errors or delays in subcontractor services due to the above circumstances.
Hot Screen reserves the right to change all its information without prior notice, including, but not limited to, prices.
Information and prices are provided with reservation for printing and typing errors. Hot Screen reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions at any time.
Returns & Complaints
Heat transfer and its suitability for garments
Hot Screen produces a versatile heat transfer that works on most textile materials. Since there is an infinite variety of different textiles/garments and textures, it is always wise to test the textiles. You can either get samples from us and test it yourself or you can submit the materials you want tested to Hot Screen and then get a report back from our test lab. All tests are of course free of charge for you, as the customer.
Complaints of heat transfers prior to application on garments
Please check your order carefully so that it is in accordance with your wishes, i.e. layout, spelling, size, colours, quantity, etc. Hot Screen does not replace incorrectly ordered heat transfers.
You, as the customer, must check the product/delivery upon receipt. In order to claim that a product/delivery is incorrect you need to advise Hot Screen of the error immediately. If Hot Screen has made the heat transfer incorrectly, then Hot Screen will replace it with a new, correct heat transfer.
Hot Screen also offers a satisfied customer warranty on all heat transfers. If you're not satisfied with the heat transfer for some reason, Hot Screen will offer you a replacement, free of charge. In order to invoke a satisfied customer warranty, a completed return note is required, which is to be supplied together with the incorrect heat transfer.

Complaint after application on garments
It is important that you, as the customer, check that the correct heat transfer is on the correct garment. Hot Screen does not replace garments on which incorrect heat transfers have been applied or to which the heat transfer has been applied incorrectly. See the product sheet for application instructions.
