When you are logged in to our webshop, you will find all the functions you need to order heat transfer online from us. The tool can be divided into two parts: one for repeat orders and one for creating and ordering new heat transfers. Repeat, i.e. previous orders you order again, works like in a normal webshop. You click on the selected article, put it in the shopping cart and make a purchase.
When you click “Create New” for the first time, the instructional video above will appear. Worth looking at before ordering heat transfers!

Before you order heat transfer online: some good advice

When ordering heat transfer from us, you get your own account – your own “webshop”. Here, every uploaded image/logo is saved in a customer-unique product bank, as well as every order you place is saved for easy re-ordering. Nice to have when it needs to go fast, which often is the case! On the front page, you can also see the status of your orders – as soon as an order leaves us, the status changes to “Sent”. Before you order heat transfer online, here are some more good advice:

every image/logo uploaded is automatically scanned for PMS colors, if you have entered them according to the Pantone scale. If the PMS colors cannot be read, or if the file’s colors are not specified in the Pantone scale, our tool makes a color suggestion.

any changes in the order of heat transfer, for example size and color, are updated live in the image/logo so you can get an idea of the final product.

the price depends on the size, colors and number of copies of the same motif in the same order. Every change you make adjusts the price directly in our price calculation function.

you can save proofs in your account and then download them as PDF. The PDF can be branded with your company logo before showing to your client for approval. The logo can be displayed on a transparent background or on an imaginary garment, for example a sweater, jacket or cap.

the Sub-accounts function can be used if there are several people in your company who order heat transfer online from us.

in the My placements function, you can save instructions on how your logos should be placed on the garments – good to open up on, for example, a tablet when applying transfers to a garment!

The Viewer accounts you create for those who will apply the heat transfers ordered from us. They get direct access to the My Placements feature
